Information you give us directly: your name, email address, company or practice, and any details you share when you enrol, contact us or take part in a live session.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device, approximate location and pages visited, used to keep the site working and understand how it is used.

To deliver the program, send session details and materials, answer your questions, process payment, and send occasional updates about the training. You can opt out of non-essential email at any time.

Only with the service providers needed to run the program, payment processing, email delivery, video conferencing and site hosting. They process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information.

Enrolment and billing records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@davidbernier.co and we will respond within a reasonable time.
